I was left quite frustrated due to the lack of courtesy car. Due to my work, it was very difficult to justify half a day out of office. I was told I could not have one due to the work being less than 3 hrs (2.5 hrs book time), yet I was there 3.5 hrs

I wasn't happy with the quotation and the updates about the vehicle. Moreover, 3 times parts and labor cost are increased for one fault. I found an untied screw where the work was taking place, and they also had made a scratch mark on the front gril

At Synter Wycombe check in desk I was introduced to Laurence Gardiner who was managing the service. Laurence briefed me on a challenge they had in the workshop and arranged a service car for me for the hours it took to finish up the service & MOT??

Very satisfied with the service experience, they only reason I withdrew a star was because it wasn't the easiest to book the service. The my bmw app didn't respond with dates so I went through the website and there was some confusion on clarity.

I was very pleased to get my car back at the end of the day with a lot of work being done. HOWEVER when i came to move the car the warning light was on showing that the battery in the key fob was very low and then it failed completely.
